Dotfuscator CE has been included in every version of Visual Studio starting with Visual Studio 2003. However,  the version included in VS 2010 is renamed Dotfuscator Software Services Community Edition™ and is enhanced to include Feature Monitoring, Usage Expiry, and Tamper Defense.
