Gabriel Torok, Chief Executive Officer

Gabriel Torok is a founder and the CEO of PreEmptive Solutions, LLC. He has significant experience in software development, as well as broad functional experience in operations, sales management, marketing, and finance. Gabriel is co-author of Java Primer Plus and lead author of JavaScript Primer Plus, both published by the Waite Group Press.

Paul Ruflin, President & Chief Operating Officer

Paul Ruflin is PreEmptive’s President and COO. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term strategic, financial and operational goals. Paul was previously the COO of Cap Gemini North America (Euronext: CAP), CEO of Eclipsys Corp. (NASDAQ: ECLP) and President/COO of Noteworthy Medical Systems. Paul also serves on the boards of Digitell, BioLectrics, Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Walsh University and DanceCleveland.

William Leach, Chief Technology Officer

William Leach is a founder and the CTO of PreEmptive Solutions, LLC. His primary focus is on the technology side of the business, where he serves as architect and technical lead for the DashO, Dotfuscator, and the Runtime Intelligence Services product lines. He holds a Masters degree in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Architect.

Sebastian Holst, Chief Marketing Officer

Sebastian Holst is responsible for product strategy and management at PreEmptive. Sebastian has held leadership positions in public and private software companies focusing on application analytics, security, and content management. In addition to his work building software companies, he has been active in computing and industry standards bodies as a member of the W3C Advisory Committee, the MMA committees on Privacy and on Analytics, IDEAlliance board, and co-founder the Compliance Consortium (now OCEG). Sebastian also hosts a blogspot, Applications are people too, where he writes about the parallels and foibles of people, programs and culture. In his spare time he develops mobile applications and works with high school students helping them to do the same.

Mark Fagerholm, Chief Financial Officer

Mark Fagerholm has 26 years experience assisting established and emerging companies in financial, management, and reporting matters. His leadership roles have included Principal in Ernst and Young's National Auditing practice, Vice President of Finance at STERIS Corporation, and CFO at WISP, a wireless Internet service provider.

Nina Stringer, Vice President of Sales

Nina Stringer has a 16 year accomplished career path of delivering and maintaining revenue and profit gains in the software, healthcare and capital equipment industry. Nina is responsible for supporting new business development and increasing penetration within existing accounts. Leading our team of account managers, Nina assists with maintaining contact with clients to ensure our high levels of customer satisfaction and support are being fulfilled. In addition to direct sales oversight, Nina also manages the reseller and partner channels for PreEmptive.

Andy Forsyth, Vice President of Product Development

Andy has over 20 years of experience leading the design and development of software applications. Andy has designed and lead the development of several commercial software products including: CPAid Master Write-Up that was acquired by Best Products; PFW Premier Budgeting, Advanced Allocations and Active Planner that were acquired by Best Software; and RIS Logic, a Radiology Information System that was acquired by Merge Healthcare. Andy has served as a Director at Sage Software overseeing the Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Support, Professional Services and Sales organizations of the Analytics software products. He has also served as Vice President of Development at RIS Logic, Best Software, and OmniVista Software.
