PreEmptive Solutions Announces DashO Pro 3.1 for Java with full Support for JDK 5

The newest version adds ease of use features and support for JDK 5. It allows customers to produce the most secure and efficient Java applications.

New features and benefits in DashO version 3.1 include:

• Quick Jar Option allows users to run DashO's obfuscation algorithms on a specific set of jars. In this new mode, simple applications that are contained in a single jar (or a well-defined set of jars) can be run through with minimal configuration.

• New GUI added for Quick Jar which reduces the complexity of configuration. Quick Jar is new and does not affect DashO's regular modes of operation - all existing configurations will work unchanged.

• Support for JDK 5 and all of its new features such as annotations and generics.

• Ease of use changes designed to make DashO even faster to use.
