Runtime Intelligence Service - Instrumentation, Monitoring, BPM/BI metrics for .NET and Java

Application Analytics | Pricing

Runtime Intelligence Service is a subscription-based, hosted service that provides easy-to-navigate dashboards and reporting tools to analyze application usage. The service is offered in either multi-tenant or private modes.

Multi-Tenant RIS

This option comes in a variety of subscription levels specific to the application profile. Profiles include:

  • Beta release: short-lived editions whose usage data has limited value over time. This configuration might also suit an evaluation process.
  • ISV application: a commercial software product where data loses value as specific editions age.
  • Business application: a component within an organization's operations. User and usage data management policies may be dictated by IT policy and regulatory obligations.

Pricing is determined by the following factors:

  • Application IDs (the number of different apps you will be monitoring)
  • Data storage (i.e. 2GB, 10GB, 200GB)
  • Endpoint user accounts (the number of credentials provided to access the RIS website)

Native and JavaScript users receive an API SDK with their RIS subscription. .NET users require licenses of Dotfuscator for instrumentation. Java users require licenses of DashO for instrumentation.

Private RIS

The private-hosted service includes customized subscription terms, and provides a private instance of the data repository and reporting service for clients that require:

  • Rigorous content privacy, data retention, and/or compliance requirements
  • Unique Service Level Requirements
  • Exceptional administrative data access, and/or operations management requirements
  • A requirement to support external user/development communities, e.g. partners and customers
