The PreEmptive Solutions Runtime Intelligence Service is a complete software-plus-services solution that captures and processes application adoption, feature usage and user behavior in near real-time. The service is offered as a subscription on a per user basis. Subscribers have unlimited access to the Runtime Intelligence Portal that includes application and user dashboards, score cards and reports. Subscribers can also export their information in a variety of standard formats.

Runtime Intelligence Subscription Options

Organizations can subscribe to a Runtime Intelligence Service administered by PreEmptive Solutions or choose to self-host their own Runtime Intelligence platform. The self-hosted Runtime Intelligence platform is installed and managed locally but the hardware and software is first configured by PreEmptive Solutions.
