Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for pursing leads and generating new sales from inbound inquiries, existing clients and campaigns. This role requires that you contact potential clients through calls and emails, and understand their app protection needs in order to present our solutions. All candidates must have the ability and desire to learn the basic technical aspects of our products and able to move a sales process to conclusion.


  • Work with others to seek new opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers
  • Qualify leads from inbound inquires and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails, applying a highly organized, goal-oriented approach to time management
  • Demonstrate a general technical understanding of our products and the challenges customers are trying to solve
  • Assist with basic technical questions with a customer’s evaluation of the product
  • Identify the customer needs and provide buying assistance
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales executive
  • Reports to the Sales VP on sales results
  • Maintain accurate records to facilitate effective customer relationship management


  • Organized, task oriented, likeable, helpful, and able to efficient move a sales process forward
  • Experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas
  • Familiar with solution and value-based selling practices
  • Proficient in typical CRM and Office software usage
  • Prior sales experience with technical products
  • Some familiarity with basic coding is preferred
