PreEmptive Solutions will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Data except as provided in the subscription or other agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may be viewed for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of a subscription or other agreement, or as may be required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. Certain users are not required to pay a fee for use of PA and in such instances PreEmptive Solutions has the right to use and publish in the aggregate information collected in the use of the Services, including customer data.

PreEmptive Solutions has implemented security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the PreEmptive Analytics Data under our control. We have also implemented an advanced security method based on PreEmptive Analytics Data dynamic data and encoded session identifications. The PreEmptive Analytics Data product portal is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technologies to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Lastly, PreEmptive Solutions provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent access that is unauthorized, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.

PreEmptive Solutions is committed to complying with all privacy and data protection requirements of the US Department of Commerce and the European Union. This includes the General Data Protection Regulation. To that end, recipients of our electronic marketing communications who have not affirmatively opted in to receive marketing communications will be given an opportunity to do so. Opt-out links will also be provided to unsubscribe from future communications.

To service our customers and facilitate future communications and interaction with customers and prospects, we collect and store information on our site through the use of cookies.
